I can guarantee workmanship because I pay my technicians about thirty percent more than the industry leader in the Chicagoland area.

Each assistant must serve his time while passing a series of written and field tests before he can be labeled a technician meaning he is qualified to carry the clipboard. What I give up in technician I gain back in repeat business (low advertising costs) and low technician turnover (why would they leave to take a thirty percent pay cut). My techs are highly motivated to deliver a quality cleaning experience to my customers.

I believe so strongly that this is the correct approach that my lead technicians, will take on any competitor on a side by side basis using our equipment and spotting kit vs theirs on a forty square foot area. Then we'll quote you on the entire job and let you decide who is the best mix of price and quality. If we lose, we packs up and leave at no charge to the customer.
